Why can't I use READING & with Internet Explorer?

When READING & supported Internet Explorer, the recording function in MDR 3 and 4 steps was provided through Adobe Flash Player.
However, Adobe has ended support for Adobe Flash Player for security reasons, making it impossible to read and learn on Internet Explorer.

So, how do I use READING &?
